Jonathan has worked with Hollywood Daze for ten years, and has overseen two successful applications for DCMS certificates on the company's behalf. He specialises in all aspects of film and TV including productions, finance and distribution. He is an expert in structuring international co-productions with experience in all aspects of financing, including government subsidies, tax-based schemes, distribution pre-sales, and bank financing. Jonathan represents some of the leading UK producers and production companies as well as international distributors and financiers.
Since the introduction of the UK tax incentives in 1979, Jonathan has been at the forefront in advising both producers and financiers on tax based financing structures. Jonathan also specialises in advising companies exploiting their product on digital media platforms with particular expertise on digital broadcasting and mobile phone entertainment. He is a regular speaker and writer on audio visual and copyright issues.
